With a background in Mechanical Engineering, Jon transitioned into property development in 2018, founding Hemlock House Development and Construction. Specializing in historic renovations in Augusta and Bath, our team is expanding into residential development and construction. Backed by skilled carpenters and versatile construction professionals, Hemlock House is dedicated to shaping the future of Maine's architectural landscape, one project at a time.

Jon holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Union College. A Maine native, he now lives in North Yarmouth with his wife and two boys.
